Not entirely familiar with these characters but I can say the blonde very much looks like Dragon Ball Z's Android-18 wearing a Jill Valentine-Resident Evil 3: NEMESIS skin except with her own hair color which the latter gets from "part 5" so it's very easy to imagine the brunette(who doesn't really resemble Sheva Alomar from Resident Evil 5 as well)is "cosplaying" along with her and telling her something like akin to gloating how much they look like those characters(or at least tha 1st does)like she said they would|
